Virgin Media have upgraded their TV Go app to enable you to download programmes to your phone or tablet.

With more than 2,000 episodes to choose from including hits from Fox, ABC, Comedy Central and Virgin’s own collection of TV box sets, the new download feature is sure to be a hit.

The feature works over WiFI, 4G and 3G and you can watch any programme anywhere in the world after it has been downloaded.

Virgin Media’s Chief Digital Entertainment Office, David Bouchier said of the new upgrade: “Whether it’s bingeing on a box set on the beach or catching up on a comedy on a plane or train, our customers can download the best entertainment on the box direct to their phones or tablets with the Virgin TV Go app.”.
